SHIPPING POLICY


Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-4 business days after your purchase. Please note that processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.

Shipping Costs:
For orders under the minimum purchase amount, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and chosen shipping method.

Free Shipping

Enjoy FREE shipping on all K-Beauty orders over $50 and all crystal orders over $30.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your shipment.

RETURNS/REFUNDS FOR K-BEAUTY
We accept returns and offer refunds for K-Beauty products within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused or lightly used and in its original packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, and the refund will be processed once the product is received and inspected.

FINAL SALE FOR CRYSTALS
Please note that all crystal purchases are FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on crystal products. We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions and details before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Products:If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund for that specific product.

PRODUCT CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it. If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will assist you accordingly.

RESCHEDULE/REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY FOR SERVICES

Cancellation & Rescheduling for Sessions:
You can cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. If you cancel or reschedule after the 24-hour window, no refunds will be provided, but you can still reschedule your session. Please note that any rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the session to avoid any charges.

Late Arrivals:
If you are 10 minutes late to your session, the practitioner will assume the session is canceled. You will need to reschedule your session at your convenience, but no refund will be given for late arrivals.

No-Show Policy:
If you do not attend your session without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for no-shows, but you can still reschedule your session.
