1. Product Information
We take great care in providing accurate product descriptions and images. Please note that some products, such as crystals and natural stones, may have slight variations in color, shape, or texture due to their natural properties. All products are subject to availability.

2. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-4 business days of your purchase.

  • We offer free shipping on K-Beauty orders over $50 and crystal orders over $30.

  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout for orders under the minimum purchase amount.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • We offer domestic and international shipping. (We are based in the United States.)

3. Returns & Refunds

  • K-Beauty Products: We accept returns and offer refunds for K-Beauty products within 30 days of receipt. Products must be unused or lightly used and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Crystals: All crystal purchases are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Order Cancellations: You can cancel your order before it has shipped. Once the order has shipped, cancellations cannot be made.

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will assist with a replacement or refund.

4. Session Bookings & Cancellations

  • Session Cancellations & Rescheduling: You can cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. After 24 hours, no refunds will be given, but you may reschedule your session.

  • Late Arrivals: If you are 10 minutes late to your session, it will be considered canceled, and you will need to reschedule.

  • No-Shows: If you do not attend your session without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued. You may reschedule the session.

5. Privacy & Security
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We will never share or sell your information to third parties. All transactions are processed securely.
